Concept Design: Developing ideas on the spatail canvas with lighting layers that realise the visual environment as well as the usability of operating and maintaining the space. We communicate the moods of the space, setting the tone with utmost care for foreseeing the details. The design is thus realisable and contractor friendly, leading to minimal challenges along the path of executions. The ideas are reviewed intensely and communicated as clearly as possible since their importance could not be overstated. The concept becomes the focal point of the construction endevour, guiding the quality of lighting workmanship which is essential for the visual outcome of the space.
Schematic Design: These are initail stages of representation of lighting concept into the profile of the space, while exploring ways in enhancement and validation of the lighting design. The idea is explored and streched is multiple directions to find the best possible way of implementation of the design. The opportunities along the way are explored to add value to the design and create a cohesive design of design implementation. The spaces is studied further in depth for cues of geometry, scale and pattern and their respective visual interation & placement of lighting equipment. The initial feedback on the design is incorporated, paving the way for a more hands on details approach in the next stage.
Detail Design: Due Dilligence is an indepensible part of any process and the detail design stage ensure that the idea has been thought through and through, ironing out nearly all possible hickups and glitches that could possibly arise along the way of execution. We go down to the minutest details of the lighting installation that often involves heavy coordination civil and electrical works to see that there is seamless collaboration between the many stakeholders involved in the endeavour. Verfication for updates and changes across multiple disciples of in architecture, interior design, landscape & asscociated contractors are undertaken to ensure there are no on-field surprises and all parties are making fruitful efforts towards a common target.
Site Supervision: An overseeing of site works is carried of to ensure design intetions are deeply understood and executed to precision. A mock review up process ensures a reliable go-to benchmarks of works to be undertaken along with practical design, material, workmanship validation creating a robust foundation for mass roll out works to be undertaken smoothly and most importantly with high integrity. Intermitent QAQC build a broader understanding during the site works, with end of works snagging and desnagging are done to help cement confidence in the execution process.
